Rear Window (1954) is considered by many film critics as one of Hitchcock’s best and most exciting films. Photographer Jeff (played by James Stewart) has broken his leg and is forced to stay home two weeks. Immobile due to the leg in plaster, he overlooks his block, spies on his neighbors and discovers that there is something going on. His girlfriend Lisa (one of the last roles of Grace Kelly) wants to know more and breaks in into the neighbors apartment. The film was nominated for four Oscars and it has been in the top 40 best films of all time by IMDB ever since. Seeing is believing? Check out the trailer:
During this psychological thriller, Grace Kelly and James Stewart drink quite regularly of (distilled) drinks, from brandy to rose. It is well spread during the film, so you can nip during the whole film. It also has a few nice snack moments, after all, Hitch loved food and drinks!
Cinema Culinair wants you to experience this film at its best. During the film – when the actors are tasting a specific drink – we will show a number. At that exact moment, you pour yourself a glass out of the small bottle with the same number. Come and taste along!

Peaking at the neighbors. Suspense from the first till the last minute, as you can expect from Hitchcock. Grab your chance to toast with Grace Kelly and James Stewart while you check out the neighbors closely.
