HOW DOES IT WORK?

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU EAT

Some films you shouldn't just see, you should taste them! At Cinema Culinair you watch films such as Chef, Julie & Julia, Tampopo or La Grande Bouffe and eat exactly the same dishes as in the film. Accurate to the second, so what you see is what you eat. You cannot experience a film more intense than this. Enjoy it with all your senses.

FILM & DINNER EVENT

At the events you can enjoy a film and a dinner in beautiful halls, such as the Kurhaus in Scheveningen and the WTC in Rotterdam. With a large movie screen, good sound, small tables and delicious dishes prepared by the chef. After reception, the light is dimmed and the film starts. Thirty seconds before each eating moment in the film, everyone gets the same dish. Then a banner appears that counts down: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then you taste. We do that about six to seven times in the film. See what you eat. Eat what you see.

CORONA

Update september 2022

Je kunt kaartjes kopen voor de geplande voorstellingen. Mochten die niet door kunnen gaan als gevolg van aanhoudende aangescherpte maatregelen, dan wordt een nieuwe datum gepland. Je kunt daarvoor een plek reserveren, of je krijgt een voucher ter waarde van het aankoopbedrag die 2 jaar geldig is.

FOR THE GUESTS

De tafels, stoelen en toiletten worden voor en na iedere voorstelling grondig schoongemaakt.

De ruimte is goed geventileerd. Je zit gezellig aan lange tafels. De stoelen staan op ruime afstand van elkaar.

The contact details of the guests are known through the ticket purchasers.

BY THE GUESTS

Voel je je ziek? Blijf dan thuis. Je kunt het ticket aan iemand anders geven of doorverkopen. Gekochte tickets worden niet teruggenomen.

Er is geen Coronatoegangsbewijs of mondmasker noodzakelijk.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Kaartjes zijn alleen hier online te koop op www.cinemaculinair.nl Bestel het aantal kaartjes dat je nodig hebt. Je kunt betalen met iDeal, voor de events rekenen we per bestelling 2€ servicekosten. Dit is voor kosten van de boeking en betaling, de helpdesk info@cinemaculinair.nl voor vragen over voorstelling en de continue verbetering van de webwinkel.

After we have received the payment, you will receive an email stating "your receipt for Cinema Culinair". (NB: Check your spam filter if you don't receive anything). The confirmation email includes a PDF invoice. The name of the purchaser is all you need to be welcome.

A few days before the performance we will send you an email with practical information. Come on time and report with your last name at the reception desk of Cinema Culinair.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY TICKETS?

Answer: Purchased tickets cannot be returned and are only valid for the respective show and date. However, if a performance is sold out, we will notify you on the Facebook event. You can then exchange or sell your tickets (if you want) on the event page. This is not done by Cinema Culinair.
Als een voorstelling niet door kan gaan vanwege aangescherpte corona-maatregelen, dan krijg je een voucher die 2 jaar geldig is.

CAN WE SIT NEXT TO OUR FRIENDS?

Answer: Of course! Guests sit side by side per order. If you bought tickets separately, please mention your friends name / order number and we will place you together. This can be done with the order or afterwards by email, up to 2 days before the show.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?

Antwoord: Nee. Je kunt drank bestellen vooraf aan de film en in de pauze. Afrekenen kan na de voorstelling, alleen met PIN.

A FOOD ALLERGY, WHAT NOW?

Antwoord: ‘What you see is what you eat’ is ons motto, en we houden ons daar zoveel mogelijk aan. Er is een vegetarisch alternatief, geef dit aan bij de bestelling. Als je een allergie hebt, check vooraf de allergen map if the is suitable for you. We advise you to skip the specific courses or to swap a dish with your table companion. If you only have to do that for 1 or 2 courses, we advise you to come and enjoy. Are you in doubt? Mail us and we will give you honest personal advice.
