HOW DOES IT WORK?

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU EAT

Some films you shouldn't just see, you should taste them! At Cinema Culinair you watch films such as Chef, Julie & Julia, Tampopo or La Grande Bouffe and eat exactly the same dishes as in the film. Accurate to the second, so what you see is what you eat. You cannot experience a film more intense than this. Enjoy it with all your senses.

FILM & DINNER EVENT

At the events you can enjoy a film and a dinner in beautiful halls, such as the Kurhaus in Scheveningen and the WTC in Rotterdam. With a large film screen, good sound and delicious dishes prepared by the chef. After reception, the light is dimmed and the film starts. A short time before each eating moment in the film, everyone gets the same dish. Then a banner appears that counts down: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then you taste. We do that about six to seven times in the film. See what you eat. Eat what you see.
